Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is in the works.

STORE PICKUP

Behavior Shift does not offer in-store pickup at this time.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Journals, Planners, and Printed Modules orders are generally shipped within 3 days using Amazon FBA. Shipping for these items is free and included for all orders within the Continental United States. Flat rate shipping fees applies to orders shipping to locations outside of the continental United states.

Mugs, clothing, and accessories are printed on demand and require 2 weeks for production and generally ship within 2 days upon completion of production. Please anticipate approximately three weeks from the time of your order for delivery of product. Actual time may vary based on final shipping location, seasonality, and times of high-volume shipping (e.g., holidays etc.). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Lantern Group, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital downloads are available worldwide. All digital downloads and gift cards are delivered by download link at checkout and via email within 60 minutes of purchase to the email provided at checkout. The email for digital downloads will include a download link to access your files. Gift cards will include an online code to be used in the discount code section of the checkout page. If you do not receive your confirmation emails within 30 minutes, please check the junk folder in your email. If you have any issues accessing the downloads, contact us at behavior@lanterngroup.com.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns of up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. See our store Refund Policy for full information.
